This is a walking tour from Duval Street in Key West Florida. This walking tour is from January 2021. We begin at Mallory Square on the north end of Key West and then walk south. If you are looking for nightlife in Key West then Duval Street will be one of your best bets. Key West is also home to the southern most point in the continental United States. Some of the most popular places to visit along Duval Street include Irish Kevins, Ricks, Hogs Breath and much more!

I was in Key West three days ago !! It was 73 and windy. Kinda cool but there’s no place on earth like this cool place ! Everyone should check this out at least once !!! Returned 1,744 to Green Bay, WI at 21 degrees

Haven't been yet, but going this July! I'll be 21 by then and I cannot wait, that's why I am watching this. I wanna learn more about Key West before I go in blind. Currently in school at Auburn (WDE). I'll be flying into Key West from Baton Rouge I think, not quite sure yet. I'm excited to do a little bar hoping with my brothers too

I moved down to hollywood fl. Back in 1988 and I feel blessed to have made 5 trips to key west over my lifetime. I would live down there if I could! ❤️

I worked on a cruiseship as a photographer since 2006 and this is one of our port of call, its sad to see keywest without much people and some establishment already closed, i had a lot of good memories there, thanks for showing me how it is now during Covid.

Thanks. Great video. I used to live in Marathon and visited Key West frequently. I remember all the businesses would leave their doors wide open so you'd get a blast of air conditioning as you passed by. It's nice to see it again.

I love in Chambersburg pa ..I drive to key west atleast once a year. Stopping at St Augustine for a few days to cut the drive down some.. I lived in FT Lauderdale for about 2 years and I visited the keys as much as I could. Absolutely love it! Always finding new things when I go as well.

We’ve been to Key West about three times, the last time we took the kids and boy did it open their eyes to the seedy side of life. They loved every minute of it.🤦‍♀️

Don't tell me you took your kids down there during Fantasy Fest? Regardless, there's a lot about Key West many of us Floridians do not approve of, similar to how many locals from New Orleans do not approve of much of what goes on in the French Quarter. Sad, because both locations offer plenty as it is without having to sell out to debauchery.

But do not call someone out for being a stick in the mud because they choose not to hang out with hundreds of nude swingers on Duval St., or dodge drunks while trying to navigate through urine on Bourbon St. Also, my original comment was about kids witnessing all of that, not what you and some others might be into.

Just left on Sunday Apr 4th and it is a very cool place to visit. I plan to come back every year. The weather was nice sunny windy cool in the evenings and mornings. Beautiful homes roosters everywhere free transportation all day til 10pm called the duval loop. Across between st Augustine and New Orleans

My wife and I would spend a week in Key West every year for 15 years love it. Louis’ Backyard, Latitudes are a must if you have the time and money. La-Te-Da for a great drag show. Pepe’s on Caroline for great breakfast and Screwdriver. Take a sunset cruise.

@@kathysheeran6589 All four times we have stayed somewhere different. All were in Old Towne as we wanted to be within walking distance to Duval Street. First time was at Silver Palms Inn on Truman - Nice but had to walk several blocks in the heat to get to Duval Street. Second time we stayed at Casablanca Inn and the third time we stayed at the Duval House (both are directly on Duval Street and right in the center so walking in either direction was easy). We had balcony rooms that faced Duval - highly recommend both places! This last trip 2 weeks ago, we splurged and stayed at the Ocean Key Resort at the very end of Duval Street and next door to Mallory Square. It was the best! Pricey but we felt worth it for the location. Loved their pool with a water view too. I hope this helps and enjoy!

Nice Video , I seen a few stories of people getting arrested drinking on the side walks in Key West a few lost their jobs because the judge does not hold court every day . I'm with the Navy in California , I watch all the video's on Key West FL that I can Thank You For Posting This Video.

I haven't seen anything of Duval Street since I was transferred to Maryland for school in 1962 after nearly 4 years aboard a sub and sub tender. I arrived there in mid-summer 1958. I only recognized Sloppy Joes in your video and nothing else. Wow. Thanks much for your video. It was quite entertaining in a rather odd fashion for me. ;-)

There was a time when Key West was beautiful, gentle and very bohemian. Some days fewer than 100 might turn up to watch the sunset, get stoned and applaud. Today it’s an open-air mall selling tat.

I lived in key west for the past 10 years. Because of covid, the town shut down. Didn't know if could still afford it. Moved back to MI hope to move back soon.

Great Video . We visit Key West multiple times each year and own at the Banyan resort on Whitehead street .We love Key west ...obviosly You are correct on the open container . The Key West Municipal Code, § 18-87 prohibits open containers of alcoholic beverages in public. ... However, should you find yourself confronted by local law enforcement regarding an open container of an alcoholic beverage, be polite, and the most likely outcome is a warning and a directive to throw away your drink. Plastic Cups are fine and you will not get hassled for it .If you have a glass bottle you can be cited but usually they tell you to dispose of it. Beer cans are usually put in brown bags when you get them at the store .
