Kicking my 2024 airshow season off with a bang at IWM Duxford's VE Day. This was my first ever airshow at the IWM and it was incredible! The sun was shining, and it was a fun-filled day with classics like the mighty Spitfire and a beautifully kept PBY-5A Catalina. Not to mention the unannounced guest star - 'Jersey Jerk'. The stunning P51 Mustang took the crowd by surprise, performing its 2nd ever display flight since recently being restored. This is definitely an airshow worth visiting if you haven't already, and I can't wait to be back in a months' time for the Summer Airshow!
