I Wish I Was 55:05 Stop Whispering 58:45 (with a beautiful well-know "fuck you" that kinda sums up the night, yes sir !)

Unreal, Thankyou for sharing. My friends and I were at this show and it is one of the most memorable I've ever been too. For years I've been telling people about this small bar called Lupos and the best show ever. I snagged the Thom's set list off the stage, a cigarette and one of their towels, weird but true. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

I saw them on this tour in seattle. They already had a reputation as being one of the best touring bands around. I was 15, my buddy who was a couple years older had seen them on the Pablo Honey tour in a tiny hall, and was going on and on about how great they were live. He was right. Unbelievable. Saw them in a small theater in 98 on the OKC tour, still super intimate, but I remember looking around and thinking “well. The best kept secret in rock is out!” After Kid A debuted at #1 on the billboard charts, it was all arena shows, and those were great too, but that intense intimacy of the early years was really something special. I was front and center for both those shows, could’ve reached out and grabbed Thom shoe had I the courage.

I was at this show and had never even heard Creep! On the way to the show my buddy played me Pablo Honey and I was hooked forever! Of the thousand concerts I've seen this still stands out as one of the best of all time

When I saw them on seattle on this tour they already had a reputation as being one of the best touring acts out there. I was in a band with a dude a couple years older than me who had seen them on the Pablo Honey tour in a tiny hall and drove me and my buddy - maybe 150-200 people tops in a little all ages club. Absolutely mind blowing to see at 15. I loved the bends but I had no idea they rocked so hard live. By the time I saw them in an intimate little theater on the OKC tour they were already veterans, the secret was out. But from 92-96 or so, they were a well kept secret of sorts. The intimacy of seeing them in a little venue was like... watching real magic.

@@RustinChole you just expressed the same sentiments I felt when I saw them in a theater on the OKC tour. It also was my first concert, and my first time going alone to a concert. By that point, I had Pablo Honey on cassette and High and Dry on cassette single (I also bought the ROmeo and Juliet soundtrack strictly for Talk Show Host), but didn't even have the resources to go see them until they came to Dallas in 98. I didn't realize until much later, how great these shows between 92-96 were (also my favorite batch of B-sides). Even though I got to see them on OK Computer, I do feel some FOMO from watching all the shows pre and post Bends.. I can honestly say i got in just a tad late. despite that it still felt like Radiohead fans were a small little cult following.

@RuleTheRadio23 He used a Thinline Tele (Rising Sun sticker, white pick guard) around this era. "Customized with the addition of a third pickup, and with the replacement of the lipstick neck pickup with a single coil. Used on My Iron Lung." Their old gear, including this guitar, were stolen after the truck carrying their gear was stolen in 1995.

@EtcEtcAndEtc I think @RuleTheRadio23 might be takling about that white telecaster, not the black fender thinline which has a normal tele pickguard over it. The white one is definetely not a fender judging from the headstock, so I'm guessing its possibly a Japanese copy like a Tokai or something, just not sure what exactly.
