I am a below the knee amputee and I like the bathroom design. The only thing's I would change are if the toilet tank had the flush leaver on the other side to make it easier for someone in a wheelchair and in the shower if the niche was on the side wall instead of the front wall to make it easier for someone using a shower seat.

Kohler has a option for a device that is installed under the tank that allows you to flush by waving your hand above it.
