@@rinus202 Iranian is the best, If you knew that spanish dealers repackage iranian saffron they bought at a cheap price to resell at a higher place u wouldnt say this.

Just iran's Saffron ... if you come khurassan you will find out Saffron of Ghan is the best .. I tested many saffron but Iran have the best saffron but unfortunately they have sanction and they can not send their saffron to other country and countries like Spain, UAE bought iranian saffron and sell this iranian saffron in their countries name ! And iran have most products in saffron cause saffron growth good in iran's lands ... it's very special 👌 Put iran saffron and Spain saffron in the water you will see different

Persian saffron is probably the best. Spanish is probably second. The reason why high quality Saffron from Iran is being packaged in Spain, is because due to the trade restrictions with Iran, that's the only way to get it to the Western Countries.

+fergoesdayton +fergoesdayton It's doubtful there is much real Persian Saffron in Spain. Only in very small qualities, as it is illegal, and impractical (and altogether it wouldn't be worth the risk and work) to transport. And much in contrast to the 'La Mancha Saffron' representatives implication, although Spanish Saffron is high quality in comparison to the global market, it is generally not regarded to being better than Persian Saffron. From my experience with the given literature on Saffron, most people consider Persian Saffron to be of highest quality, (Kashmiri is close), due to the size and potent fragrance of each stem. Of course, individually, it is still just a matter of taste.......(p.s if your lucky enough to have tried Greek Saffron, it is arguably even better then Persian)

The Moroccan Saffron is pure and Bio ... the best quality ever, which you smell in a pretty good distance, I am planning to be a a Saffron farmer ... wait me the Red Gold i am coming :)

bebe mama it's hard to separate the stigma and pollen of saffron if you have gloves The key there is you have quite long nails so that you can pull it out easily
