Israel kills another top Hezbollah commander amid fears of all-out war in Lebanon | DW News

14 күн бұрынThe Israeli army says it has carried out a drone strike to kill another senior Hezbollah commander, this time in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military confirmed that it had "eliminated" Mohammed Naameh Nasser, saying he had been "the commander of the Hezbollah terrorist organization's Aziz Unit which is responsible for firing from southwestern Lebanon at Israeli territory."
Hezbollah responded by firing scores of rockets at targets in northern Israel later in the day.
Israel and Hezbollah have been exchanging fire over the border for months. The Iran-backed militia and political movement says it is acting in solidarity with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Billions of dollars in commerce in the Red Sea has been lost and one of Israel’s ports is facing bankruptcy. The reserves who were called up are losing their businesses. Many universities globally have divested from companies that benefit the pariah state. The League of Arab Nations has just done the same. Many countries have severed ties. Colombia is one of those countries and it supplied the pariah state with half of the coal it uses. The pariah state greatly depends on tourism and that’s dead. The citizens of the pariah state are unwelcome in many places abroad. Turkey suspended trade. The pariah state is running out of munitions. You keep thinking it’s winning lil buddy. The ramifications of its century long actions are just starting to unfold.
