in plain tap water for at least 1 hour
[1:48] Colorway 1 - variegatd
Dharma acid dyes Forest Green, Kelly Green, Deep Magenta, Pink Orchid, and Lichen
300 g of yarn, added with no acid in the steam pan. Applied the dry dye powder and worked it through the sections
Added 6 T white vinegar on to the yarn, watied 10 min, then added more water
heat for 30 minutes

Adding just a few zip ties onto each colorway
add a little lichen to the bottom of my kettle, then add the yarn, and add some more color on top, a little kelly green and a lot of forrest green.
Pour on 8 cups of warm water + 2 T white vinegar
Added 2 g forrest green acid dye with 16 cups of water + 4 T white vinegar
Heat set the color. Then remove resists, and "paint" the sections with dry dye powder in Lichen, Kelly Green, and Deep Magenenta
