My kit came bolts nuts in a bag 1 short 2 long 4 med but no instructions any idea what position thanks

Not sure without looking at it, 6:15-9:15 of the video shows remounting bolt locations. I’m sure your 6 bolts will only fit one way, it’ll make sense when you start reassembling it. Good luck

Is that some sort of punch tool you're using to punch the rivets before drilling??

Just a center punch. The pin inside the rivet will sink deeper into the rivet, giving your drill bit a recessed hole to center in. Making it easier to drill.

Yes, the new regulator comes with new bolts and/or studs already pre mounted on the regulator 7:20
