Dymo LabelWriter 4XL Loading Paper

Instructions on how to load label paper into the Dymo LabelWriter 4XL. I'm not using the Dymo 4 x 6 shipping labels. Instead, I purchased these Kenco labels off of Amazon for much cheaper - amzn.to/2NvsVt9

Thanks Jesse, I didn't know about turning off the blue light this way, I've been calling dymo and doing all kinds of gymnastics since before christmas, and had given up on my dymo, and voila, it's back to working again, like magic.

You give a better tutorial of loading the paper than DYMO's youtube page does. I was ready to punch a hole through this stupid printer's face. This is all new to me. I think I'm just hangry.

Love CHEECENT CR202 print server, it change DYMO 450 /550 to be a WiFi printer, our office comptuers can share it now.

Thanks, mine is printing the shipping label and 4 more a blank white labels smh. Have you encountered this issue before?

I just had this open in another tab, so I'm sharing below from stamps.com. I ran into this in the past also with using non-dymo labels. They say they have a slightly different alignment hole size that causes the printer to go haywire. It went away for me after I bit the bullet for the brand name labels. ---------------------------------------- Multiple Labels Used with Each Print If your Dymo LabelWriter is feeding multiple labels with each print, there are two reasons why this may be occurring: The label spool is sitting loose in the printer. To re-seat the label spool in the printer, follow this guide. A dirty optical sensor in the printer. Feed the LabelWriter Cleaning Card through the printer 2 to 3 times. The Cleaning Card and its instructions are included with your printer.

Got mine loaded but had to unplug and plug it back in as it was still reading as being out of paper.

You didn't point out that the spindle is sided, the long end has to go in the right inside. That was the information I was looking for because I couldn't get my roll to load. Otherwise, you are on point.

PS: As soon as I loaded it, closed the cover and pressed the blue button, a blank page came out followed by my misprinted label. Cheers for Dymo on that!
