Just found your video. Setting up Shopify, but had same Out of Paper issue with just the Dymo app. This fixed it! Thanks much for taking the time to share the fix.

Thanks so much. I had the wrong settings and it was driving me crazy when it wasn't printing. I also didn't have the label on the far left side, all sorted now :)

Hi! it seemed to almost have worked. I did what you suggested but then it sounded like it was going to print. it printed a little bit but then it stopped and said error. Any suggestions??

Unplug it for like a minute then plug it back in if it keeps happening then your unit is defective and I’d contact Dymo support. My first machine was it was a nightmare 😂

@@ntran1984 I do not blame you at all. They replaced my machine and haven't had any problems after that. But I recommend Rollo to all that ask me lol Good luck!

@@TheThriftyBroad I was just thinking of ordering the rollo. do you know if the labels that I have from the dymo will work with the rollo?

@@ntran1984 No I do not believe they will but you can resell the dymo ones to get a bit of your money back.
