my printer keeps saying its unable to get synchronization lock so the operation times out and doesnt print. do you know how to fix that?

My daughter accidentally pulled the face off and when I snapped it back together. However, labels won't load and the blue light flashes. Any suggestions?

When I upload an excel spreadsheet, it only shows a small percentage of the labels I have to print, on the spreadsheet. Why does it only select some and not print all of the worksheet that I have selected?

Hi, Jess! I suggest you turn to DYMO help with this question. Definitely provide them the information whether you are using the OS X or Windows version. I hope you get it solved!

I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great kzfaq.infoUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.

I cant download the software. I get this message that says basically : no mountain file system I have a mac Thank you

would be nice if this had PC details and not just mac. The printer works on my computer, cheqroom just doesn't see it. updated software, reinstalled nothing works. It was working fine yesterday but today I tried to get it going but its not working.

This is not a user friendly label printer and after installing the software it doesn't work!

It's true that we get a lot of questions about different problems with these printers. That is why we always recommend ordering high-quality asset labels from a vendor. Saves you a lot of trouble.

idk about the rest of you but overtime i use dymo i have to trouble shoot it for at least 30 minutes or more. what a POS

Save yourself time and money, don't buy a POS Dymo, get a Zebra. I have never once been able to use this printer without spending 30-45 minutes troubleshooting, today I spent 3 hours and it still doesn't work.

This piece of excrement is the most finicky item I have run into in a long, long time. False "out of labels" messages, won't line up, feeds 2 to 3 labels instead of one...and on and on. There are more "How to fix it" videos on KZfaq than any other item I've purchased. Too late to get a refund: it's going in the trash. Tired of pulling my hair out.
