Dynamic Warm-Up for Hockey and Other Sports

10 ай бұрынIf you want to be ready for your game or practice, you have to get warmed up. But how? Back in the day, athletes just rode the stationary bike for a few minutes or sat down for a stretch. these times are long gone now.
In this video I'll show you a dynamic warm up routine that you can use before your games and practices. It takes only 10-15 minutes to complete, but afterwards your muscles and joints will be 100% ready for the rigours of your sport, regardless if it's my sport of ice hockey or something else.
You'll be able to go all out from the start of the practice or game, not having to waste any time "getting into the game".

Good stuff! I've been doing dynamic warm-ups with my guys for a long time based on the Parisi Speed School warm-up. More recently started organizing the movements according to the RAMP categories. I thought it was a good way to plan a warm-up.

Ich brauche neue Schlittschuhe da bei uns bald die Eishalle öffnet ich habe in Schuhen eine Größe 46 welche Schuhgröße soll ich dann in Schlittschuhe nehmen brauche da unbedingt Hilfe

Jeder Fuß ist anders. Gehe zum Laden und lasse dich messen. Ich habe 44 Schuhe und 42 Schlittschuhe. Die Schlittschuhe sollen kleiner als die normale Schuhe sein

Wenn du Profi werden willst, dann ist 16 zu spät. Ansonsten kann man immer mit dem Eishockey anfangen!
