This video demonstrates the importance of evasive head movement.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Great drill. Make sure when youre doing any drill like this that to make the head movement effective you have to try and make contact. Throw with control and punch where the head is. Dont heat seeking punch and dont punch into no where.
