In this episode of Jabs with Jamie, our man in the ring James Campbell catches up with British Olympic boxer Tony Jeffries to discuss his Dynamic Striking instructionals.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.
