I love Miss Kay. When they're talking about the past, I see pain in her eyes, like she's remembering all the hurt, but choosing to forgive again everytime.

I love this family they are who they are and they don’t pretend to be “ the perfect family “ they are honest with all about everything and their Christianity makes me love them even more . May God bless them and whoever’s reading this with love , peace and happiness always . ❤️

I watched all of this series today. I laughed. I cried. How awesome that this family can be so open and honest. That makes them real. I love the way Phil and Kay are with each other. I truly appreciate how open and honest their family has been about the trials and tribulations of life, marriage, parenting, and even all the demons from past to even the present ... it’s not that I thrive on hearing pain that someone goes through it’s that so many times when I read or watch Christians share it’s always how wonderful life is and it’s never what they actually had to go through to get it to that place, you know ? So to hear how the devil worked on destroying their lives and how they battled with God for peace and this tetter tottered how they struggled with real life issues and how their talks with God we’re heard. So as I spent tonight talking to God on things that have been weighing on me daily like being a better parent, how do I get closer to God how do I help bring my 19 and 21 year old closer the him? How can I get my words to not fall on deaf ear and be called a bible beater? How do I share my testimony and not sound like I’m a victim to my kids? How do share my story with only wanting to spare them from pain because I had already gone through it? Well I’m sorry for rambling but I am so grateful that I found this utube series it has given me hope and as I cried and laughed watching it I found God filling my heart and then the very room I was sitting in so thank you for sharing 🙏

I found My dad at 40 yrs old myself. He was completely blindsided lol. I can Feel everything Phyllis is feeling about dealing with all this. I had so much guilt for my dad who raised me and so much anger for my mom for not telling me. My bio dad and my step mom took me in with open arms and what’s even crazier is my son is identical to my dad as a child! It is all so mind blowing still and I’m so glad you did what was right and accepted her because that’s all she’s ever wanted. That’s all we all wanted ❤️

This has helped me to choose to stay and not give up on my marriage I knew it when the lord said two are better than one and I looked down with tears running down my face and seen those two birds , just as the lord used those birds the lord has used this y’all’s testimony this is generational I’m starting to see the bigger picture here thank you I’m choosing to stay and stand and fight for my marriage

Kurt I never knew your Dad was my mom's landlord. I think Mr Robertson looks like the gentleman I met at Foothill but I remember him on Red white dirt bike and Bill Gough made soup and things but I always pull good out those who crossed my path but I won't forget but I know I am still growing and moving and facing and come back...and love when I did not see or was not able to do more. I am missing but still not seeing or remember what things I know Miss Kay and Debrina says love will find you because my hind sight says live laugh and know I am still stumbling and still trying not to be TOO FOOLISH but still wanting a future.....just hard because I fail myself quite a bit

I have a great respect for the Robertson family. They have something that I Never really had, (Family)! Half was my fault and the other half was Mom and Dads fault, but I've forgiven them but it took very long to forgive myself. Unfortunately my mother doesn't want anything to do with me because of gossip from her brother. My heart is broken but my faith is in the Lord Jesus Christ and I thank God Everyday for what he's done to me and for me. Thank you Robertson family for All you've taught me through the year's of watching your wonderful videos!!! God Bless You All!
