In this video, I talk to you about a Dyson V11 that is not turning on. I specifically go over some easy fixes that will hopefully get your machine working again. The truth of the matter is that you should hope that it is a common fix that is easy to do, but sometimes it can require a replacement part or a repair that is more serious and more expensive. The goal here is to try to get it working again as cheaply as possible and as quickly as possible, so I go over some of the most common and easiest solutions that you can try.

Rectifcation: Just received free-off charge outside warranty a new Dyson V11 top-unit. All is ok again. This is great service of Dyson who took their responsibility. A big compliment to the customer support line (Lisanne) ; Thank you very much!

Thank you! This video helped me figure out the battery was loose and by taking the screws out to remove it and reinsert it - problem solved! 🎉

I tested the charger conected to the outlet using a multimeter and was good, then I tested the batterie and was 26v , the main body was broken.

I felt extra dumb for looking this up but thanks for making this video because I didn't understand I was disconnecting the battery and not the just the charger

Problem is if the screen works and the motor doesn't and the battery is fully charged and no action comes from the motor or PCB the motor is shot. Reason being is that water got into the vacuum

2 dead Dysons. Power on the screen, full battery, nothing happens when the trigger is squeezed. Dyson recommends replacing the powerhead. Moral of the story, don’t buy Dyson, they are absolute trash! Both of these units have less than a 10 hours of use on them. Overpriced trash!!
