This week we discuss the new C***** T** that Metro Vancouver is planning on charging you for your buildings green house gas emission.
Now, to be fair they are starting with larger commercial buildings to get this thing off the ground. However they will quickly. move to residential buildings...
Assuming this does go ahead, this is going to offer massive financial burdens to the owners of older strata buildings throughout the city.
Needless to say I think this is a horrible plan that will heavily impact many many Vancouverites at a time where things are already extremely tight financially around town.
What are your thoughts? Is t**ing you for your buildings carbon something you are happy to pay for?

The carbon tax is measured in metric tonnes. And cost 50$ / tonne. Your houses dont emit metric tones of carbon. Dont listen to this guy. Just trying to make you mad at things and/or people.

lol, sorry but unfortunately you are wrong on this one. Correct, AT THIS STAGE that they are not planning on charging detached houses but only buildings (commercial / residential). However they will inevitably charge homes as well. Not sure where you are getting the $50/Tonne from, please elaborate. But the city of vancouver is forecasting to charge $350/Tonne + $500 annual admin fee. And they have a narrative that they are following, so you can best believe they will set thresholds so they are exceeded. The whole operation is to inflow new and magically created tax dollars...

Your video isn't reaching the right people. 3. Not using video hashtags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media sites. 5. There are not enough ranking tags. 6. Video performance: 0 out of 50 7. Not a single tag, description, or title is optimized for search engine optimization. I have a lot planned for your channel. There are a few more reasons why your videos are limited to your channel. In a word, your video is awesome; such videos are in great demand.
