What I believe as G’s success is that his ability to inspire action rather than manipulating his employees and customers. This thought process naturally brings loyal employees and customers vs. repeatable transactions who stick around for short term gains. Loyal employees and customers stay through thick and thin while the repeatable transactions will disappear when there is a different shiny offer. One of the greatest content on KZfaq IMO. Thanks G for sharing time with us.

When there is an AI there will be no doctors needed as u said. even now ppl are becoming as a doctor. that's technology kills and evolve or tranform. Finding a problem and solving it and knowing that it helps every one is a great way of doing a business. But that idea comes only by experience or doing it ..
