All recent house owner, clearly understand the pain in booking, interiors and all necessary, it's very painful process, in terms of finance, work and emotion. However at end.. it's for our family, those all pain get disappear after our kids and family enjoys. I really impressed with your hardworking. Keep going. You did an excellent choice of choosing big community. You kids will get variety of friends and knowledge. And moreover we too spend good time. I am very happy. I reason I am writing this msg is, in one of other video I cam across , about your budget and finance constraint. I too felt you choose wrong option. But now after seeing this community and house. I really saying it's really a good choice , ppls who don't know the advt of apartment always suggest for individual home...😅 btw I live in bglr with large community of 800 flats. I can clearly see your view. All the very best wishes 🎉

Hi ma'am! Buying a flat and waiting for it to be ready can be a big process. Most builders, including Casagrand, usually ask for full payment before handing over the property. While there might be delays, Casagrand is reliable and doesn't cheat. It's easy to focus on problems, but try to think about the positive side and enjoy your new home!
