Common Doubts Clarified - RCC Roof vs Metal Roof Cost Difference. Metal Roof Cost Per SQft Material:- Tata Sheet: 78/sqft Additional 13mm Heat Resistant foil: 22/sqft GP Sq pipe: 152/sqft Labour: 55/sqft ------------------------------------------------ Total = Appx 307/sqft (Highest Quality) Installed Area 2450*307= 7,52,150/- Lets say for concrete Additional Meson Labour Cost:- 130/sqft Overall material expense: (TMT, RMC, Bottom Ceiling Plastering, Top side Water Sloping (plinth area), Stair Case, Parapet Wall - Additional Plastering Area for Parapet Wall on all sides, Painting Material, Painting Labour, Heat Resistant Terrace Coating, Plumbing Pipes for Water Flow) ------------------------------------------------ Total Appx = 1000/sqft Installed Area 2450*1130= 27,68,500/- Additional cost involved is appx 20L, with that money I can easily buy 6cents land near my land. Hope this gives some clarity. ✌🏻 False ceiling cost is involved in both methods.
