Actually where there is so many issues in this scenario. It is very easy as a investor like us to find out whether our money is invested or not. When start investing in a fund. We will surely get e-mails from the fundhouse for example UTI etc. Once regular SIP starts and every month after the money is deducted from our account, we will get an e-mail from the fundhouse that our money is used to buy this much units in the fund in 2 to 3 days max. If we are not receiving these mail/sms communications from the mutual fundhouse then it's a red flag and we should check. We should have the habit to check the sms or e-mails and missing to do that small thing is on us.

Hi Anna, I have a question I hope you can clarify for me. I used Angle One to purchase stocks recently, and I received dividends for those stocks. The dividends are showing in the Angle One app and I also received an email from the company confirming the dividend payment. However, the dividend amount has not been credited to my account yet and it's not appearing in the Angle One app either. Could you please explain how dividends are supposed to work and advise me on what steps I should take next?
