Based on a tip from a local we explore this amazing free campsite in Outback Queensland.

Sasha Will also show you how to smoke and preserve your fresh catch without any fancy equipment right over the fire.

Buffalo Stew Receipt
Meat:
Buffalo (can be substituted with Beef)
Vegetables:
Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, Zuchini, Garlic
Optional: whatever else you have laying around ;-)
Seasoning
Salt, Pepper, Beef Stock, Gravox (gravy mix), Soy sauce, Paprika Powder, Tomato Paste.
Optional: Chilli, Beer, Wine, Cooking oil.
Directions:
Brown meat and add onion until caramelized. Add the liquid and then the rest except gravox.
Cook for at least 3 hours. Then add the gravox.
Quantities:
As much as you like but go steady on the tomato past. It can be overpowering.
If you unsure of the seasoning, add little and taste to happy :-)
