Team synergy and gear makes a bigger difference than eidolons and weapons. This is the same in Genshin a much easier game where some whales still can not beat Spiral Abyss for years yet there are players who can clear the game in 4 days on a brand new f2p account.

Because he is a sub dps wh0ring this Jingliu without any buff on him. If you set up a team with bronya lynx mei sparkle any support and he is the hypercarry so ofc, he will deal more damage, but this is a sub dps blade. I'm a whale and I give up 0 cycle with blade e6s5 this moc because it's too hard for him to pass the dinosaur's toughness, 40% wind resist cocolia and boss aventurine

@@Gration_ they never see it xD just see blade deal less than 100k damage per turn and say blade is trash. My second account has blade e0s1 8k hp 80/200 and every turn he deals more than 120k in ideal combat against wind weakness. They never understand how good blade is

⁠⁠@@semivivusrexBlade’s damage is just very bad, like we are used to seeing insane damage numbers now because of powercreep from DPS so in comparison blade literally tickles the enemy. Cannot even call him a damage dealer anymore, he’s basically like Aventurine but bit more damage. Also Ruan Mei syndrome does hurts too lol, every character wants Ruan Mei on the team.

@@07Lightless "Blade's damage is just very bad" Okay, first off he out there handicapped with not fully utilizing 100% of what the current support roster provides and yet gets the job done. As a player who uses him as my Main DPS for Wind Weakness enemies, I'ma sit here chilling while most people make fun of him right now that is til' we get a unit that revolves around HP kit-oriented units. I'm not saying he's gonna out damage a unit like Acheron in which we should all know is a gimmick unit released by Mihoyo, but what I'm trying to say is ya'll should not sleep on Blade's potential.

@@oliveratom5957The reason why he was holding Sparkle’s ult is likely because there is a mechanic where when a buff is casted on a character’s turn, the countdown timer for said buff does not count down for that turn. Saving Sparkles ult for Seele’s turn means that Sparkle’s damage boost last for essentially 3 turns instead of 2 for Seele. If you don’t need the extra skill points from the next ult, it may be better to waste a skill’s worth of energy to get an extra turn of damage boost for your dps.

From this run I only get one thing. Seeeele is still viable in today's MoC only if its E6S5 with sparkle E6S5. But will still take 5 or more cycles.

I mean...getting "buffed" by nothing other than the hp increase from fuxuan...into 0 wind weak enemies with one being wind resistant...and having competing taunt with fuxuan...and no bronya, sparkle or ruan mei... Hmmmm, i still can't see why blade was a "burden" to his team... must be the wind or something 🤷‍♂️.

@@nidhoggcrowley Except it does in this game this ain't like Genshin where you pull E6S5 character and you can complete abyss in seconds with one character. In Star Rail the best dps Acheron need supports just to hit six million dmg where genshin if you use supports you can reach the dmg cap (9999999) with just one hit in addition to millions of dmg for other hits. Totally different scaling with Eidolons compared to Constellations.

4:13 Honestly, there's so little difference between E2 and E6 RM here. After E2 (Which is situational to enemies being broken to boot) she basically stops helping team damage and focuses on her own damage, which shows with that 137k break dmg added on to Acheron's damage, and how she didn't even get 500k when no one broke against the boss. Feel like any E6 good support would have the damage be more consistent, especially Sparkle (Personally feel like she blows RM out the water at E6. Perm 40% ATK, 24% ignore Def, 52% DMG, 200%+ C.Dmg). Also, even Arlan would have been a better pick than Blade in that 2nd half. Hell, Xueyi was able to be picked would do about the same mount of FUAs and would benefit from the quantum implants. Why Blade?

Such a shame that Blade was in a bad team comp (SW wasn't good enough). He and Jingliu could've popped off better if paired with Ruan Mei for example. Or Bronya. Speaking of Bronya, that one Bronya rocking Ruan Mei's light cone was unfortunate as well. Could've gotten more skill points if she had her sig lc. Welt was great, but there were some misplays there. The E6 Seele could've done so much better if the whale didn't get too nervous lmao! Seele was great.

One of the things that it's always funny to see is that being a whale really doesn't mean you're good at the game.... if anything it makes you worse at it in some cases😅 It always pains me to see people using their skill before ult, unless they do it for a very specific reason. Also, not my f2p Blade having better crit ratio than a whale Blade... and def doing more dmg too.
