SYA quarterly was an absolute dogs breakfast. Costs continue to rise, huge cash burn. Some of these directors are going to have serious questions to answer if NAL is loss making again for this current quarter. Still can’t see how they made a decision to keep NAL open. It should have been on C&M 3-4 months ago.

PLL has always been an odd company to me. What does it actually ‘do’? It seems to ‘do’ very little. It’s just attached itself to NAL and Ewoyaa via offtakes. Market doesn’t seem to have much faith in SYA making a decision to keep NAL open. The quarterly will be revealing.

PLL does good, opportunistic, entrepreneurial deals, in a highly dynamic, volatile lithium environment. It assembled a land position in Carolina over many years from private land owners - not so easy to do, rightly understanding the strategic value of such land to a company like Tesla. Its profile and contacts with the Quebec government were critical to assist sya to secure NAL. Market is wrong about NAL, cost will come down and when spodumene prices rally again this project will generate a lot of cash. Atlantic Lithium is another great deal, low cost entry and capex for world class low cost project. Lithium is hard and filled with many JV deals. Piedmont generating revenues and likely cash flow in 6 years - faster than most - at generally low capital cost and minimal dilution. By the time Carolina Lithium is ready for full funding and FID, piedmont will have a lot of experience with is prior lower risk projects under its belt.

the mine in North Carolina and the Tennessee processing plant will never happen. The company will never have the funds to complete either project. PLL seems more like a ponzi scheme than anything. No one seems to have any actual mining experience in the company and honestly they are not making any headway with the Gaston County council

All the outcry’s about Sayona are unwarranted. In the last GM it was made clear that if it wasn’t for Piedmont SYA would not have got the NAL deal . Grow some balls pls . SYA has fantastic resources it’s set up nicely for an ideal lithium environment. Be patient

Agree with your comments. Piedmont and Sayona have a great relationship and all SYA shareholders should appreciate the value PLl has brought to SYA and may even consider owning both shares!
