I would assume you can still do this like in Madden but just not with real life coaches, just computer generated coaches with random schemes

I dont care for Ultimate Team. But i could see player specific cards being available for purchase as a way to give percentage sales to real life players. Like a player gets 20% of his card sales.

Been begging for this feature in Madden, but I’d love the ability to quick sub players in and out of the huddle much like you can do in 2k on the court. I know you can set formation subs but let’s be real, most players aren’t using that, and it’s extremely time-consuming

you know at first i was like im kinda diggin that idea but then i thought the practicality of it. you can basically do that in madden before selecting a play just sub in and out, i just dont get why you do that in any other situation besides when selecting your play.

We can edit their stats on Madden, whats the difference? If NIL essentially makes them professionals, and actual professionals can be edited, I'm going to need someone to make it make sense if we can't edit ratings of these dudes

I’m assuming it’s because they pay the playing to be in and they went to the players not the NCAA unlike Madden which is the NFL

i guess if no coaches that means no coach carousel? I'd kinda worried about dynasty mode. All they need to do is copy the 14 game with updates to recruiting, transfer portal. Have a weird feeling it's gonna be topical like madden franchise has been.

My biggest thing with madden is having for example . Having an offense rating of 87 and a defence rating of 87 for an even overall of 87, the defence is one of the best in the league but if you play as a single player and not "full on field control" for a more simulation style your defence will always play as a botom 15% defence that consistently gives up 30+ points a game....just wish the rating for defence would hold true tonwhat they are irl. Aka dallas defence giving 30+ to a giants offence? Doubtful

i always get overhyped for madden every year and get disappointed and i usually always get overhyped because it’s a 70 dollar game and it looks so good in trailers but maybe for the first time this will be the game that actually lives up to the hype 👍🏼🔥

I hope the gameplay is good and MUT isn’t ridiculous. Madden plays worse than it did a decade ago and I recently saw the top MUT rosters had Gronk at MLB, Josh Allen at DE, Calvin Johnson at CB, Julius Peppers at FS and Bo Jackson at SS. MUT and Madden in general is a meme.

Tubby unless I’m tripping ncaa 14 definitely showed coaches like the other day I transferred schools and if showed my coach saying that it’s his first game coaching here …. Also during time outs it shows the players standing around the coaches.. so unless I totally misunderstood you ncaa 14 definitely showed coaches

This is very disappointing. My guess is that by going with the last decade average they will also put locks on all the stats since thats how they got nailed last time. Id also imagine maintaining those locks will keep it off Steam. Looks like I'm gonna be playing College Bowl this season.

I think you're being picky about some of this stuff tbh. I didn't even need real players because dynasty players are way past 4 years pretty quick. It's certainly cool but I really don't care about if I can edit their attributes. There's just going to be way bigger priorities for me like a deep dynasty mode, no mtx in that mode, and a meaningful coaching tree where coordinators can move up.

You realize that the vast majority of players play less than 5 years of dynasty. And also that EA stopped making the game because they knew no one would buy the game if there weren't real players.

@@II_Th3oRy_II lol who is "vast majority"? If you are a guy who likes to jump in play now, you still have that option. And the guy who just wants a quick play now game isn't worried about the fact that he can't make a guys speed 2 points faster. Ultimate team guys can't edit players and never could. It's a small issue. There's probably a million things you'll be able to say "I wish the game had this" because we never get everything, but editing current players isn't anywhere near the top. Especially now having real names? We used to have people manually putting in names over numbers just to enjoy the games, I promise a majority of us will be happy to just have that

@@LonghornsLegend If you don't know what vast majority means then I can't help you. I'm just stating what Matt Brown said in a recent interview. He said that the vast majority of players on average only play about 5 years of dynasty mode. And I believe he got that info from someone at EA. That was his response to someone that asked if people would be able to do 30 or 60 year dynasties. He said that he didn't know but then said his vast majority of players comment.

I'm sure the company appreciates micro transactions but it doesn't mean you have to pay for anything other than just buying the game. I mainly just care about Dynasty Mode which won't cost anything extra.

They should pay the college players a small % of the micro transactions revenue. In the long run, the $600 payout to the players based on the $70 game purchase will be peanuts compared to the revenue EA makes on micro purchases.

That’s almost similar to college in a way. I haven’t looked at it deeply but what I do see is secondary breaking down wayyy earlier in college than nfl. I guess it’s for obvious reasons but it’s pretty common that you find receivers open like that multiple times a game even in the power 5
