@cobcraftmanufacturingltd Testing a Cobcraft Mate kilns safety switch to see if this is the cause for the EA4 Error code on the Bentrup controller. If the safety switch disengages while the lid "floats" - typically hotter than 1000 degrees the heat will slightly lift the lid, up to 2mm - if the safety switch disengages it will stop the elements from heating up. To fix there is an adjustment nut on the safety switch - we will upload another video on adjusting this.
