Eachine EAT04 Metal Body Brushless 4x4 Desert Buggy / Test Run,Speed Test & Unboxing

The Eachine eat04 metal body brushless desert buggy is a fast buggy once you add a 2s lipo. In this video I take the eachine eat04 brushless buggy for a test run with the stock 7.4v 1500mAh li-ion battery. Then I test the buggy using my 2s 7.4v 2500mAh lipo battery and test the speed using a gps speed meter. Also In the video I made a mistake about the esc being 35A, it’s actually 40A and should have no problem running a 3s lipo. I will test that out in a later video, but right now it’s plenty of power on 2s and I can not even give it full throttle. Yes it great these feiyue and Eachine rock racers come with different pinions, but good bonus with the extenders... I make it run like it's on rails then... great review Donnie I knew you would like this one as I like the FY03H I have 👍

I’m not sure what size extensions you have but I put 15mm extensions in my 12428 and took the spare tire off and it’s a completely different car. This one is the pretty much the same as the feiyue FY03. It’s a beast on 3s, too much really. Thanks bro. Have a great day and be safe out there!

Hey Donnie nice review. I have not tried the lipo in mine but I was surprised how much faster it was... LI-ION is soft on drawing from the battery. Looks like the front left wheel was having issue... or possibly the servo. I think it'd hugely benefit from a decent 3 wire servo and oil filled shocks. I think it's worth the investment. Thanks Mike for watching, I just had the sensitivity up to high. I’ll be coming out with another video of me changing out the receiver and adding the Dumbo RC receiver with Gyro. I believe they’ll help settle it down a little bit with that Gyro, so we’ll have to see.It also has a hobby wing 40 amp you see in there it’s programmable so I need to do some adjustments as well. It could handle a 3S with it’s just too much power for that buggy until I extend the axles. Thanks again Mike and take care buddy

Definitely I’m going to add those axle extenders as well. I also have that receiver I’m adding in there and it has a built in general so that should help me stabilize my steering a little bit. Thanks bro so much for stopping by I sure appreciate it

Hey Donnie, I bought the 2s battery you recommended me and it works great! It worked too well that I pretty much totaled it 🤣. All of the broken parts are only in the front part of the rc. Do you know a place/website that I could find some eachine eat04 parts from?

Thanks for the video. I am confused between this and the Feiyue FY03H. Can you help me with which one to buy? Also, I think if we attach the GPS to the roof of the car, it would be more stable (just a thought as attaching it to the tail makes it unstable with the wheels at the back).

2s battery but ya it screams for sure. I’m gonna have to do a 3X run but that won’t be in till I extend the axles and add my new receiver with the built-in Gyro to help stabilize the steering. Thanks brother for stopping

Lol, I thumbs down all my video because I don’t like myself🤣 I figured it will get more people to Interact with the video either thumbs up or down I have said algorithm on KZfaq. Thanks Ryan and you should get this buggy, I bought this one because the feiyue fy04 was more money. It’s the same thing and just a rebrand. So much Potential with this one and the parts are cheap. I was happy to see it had a programmable 40A hobbywing esc in there. It’s a great runner

thanks for the summary... but don't buy this one. Wish I could endorse this but no, the brushless FEIyue FY03 or the ALtoys 144000 versions of the same are probably better... more metal parts. I love the ambi- controller because I am left-handed but do some things righty. If you do buy this, put the hub extenders (comes with it) on immediately, run on "adult" setting and expect to break it very soon. FINDING PARTS and getting them is a nightmare. Breaks real easily if you are doing moderate off-roading. I wouldn't put ANY more money into it. Drive until it's broke then get something else.

This is a feiyue, just has a rebrand name on it. All the parts are the same so you should not have a problem finding parts. Thanks for watching
