Hi Prof. I'm taking isotretinoin for FFA. Its been almost 2 months. I don't see major difference yet and I'm worried. Does it take more time just to start working? I know based on your research that it takes 12-16 months of therapy but do improvement start earlier? Do you think more studies on the way regarding FFA? Its seems to me that very few are investigating this condition but it has serious physical and mental impact on the ones with it :( Thank you for everything you do!
