Under Sirianni they need good coordinators but every time you get good coordinators they'll leave to be HC somewhere else. That's why you make a good coordinator your HC. I legitimately don't know what Sirianni does. Good NFL HCs don't rely on their coordinators so much.

It's too big a collapse to think he didn't lose the confidence of the players. There's no righting that ship. Even if they keep him, if there are no improvements next season, and the downward trend continues, he's fired by game 5 or 6. Take away the Detroit game because they should have lost that one, they only have 1 quality win, and that was against the Rams when they were 2-5. Dallas had 1 win over an opponent who had a winning record when they played them. This doesn't make them weak, they can only play the schedule given to them, but they were not as good as their record. Also, they had a 2nd place schedule (based on 2022)...a lot of the 2nd place teams from last year were worse this year, so that made their schedule easier too.

I worked in Philadelphia for the first time in 1996 been back-and-forth there for various clients but that was my first exposure to the passion of Philadelphia fans. Yep, Im an Eagles fan and I don't want Sirianni fired. He deserves another shot. He averages 12 wins per season, makes the playoffs every season and a SB appearance. I didnt have SB expectations like other fabs did this season. We lost 90% of our defense and 2 coordinators and fans still had SB expectations which is insane to me. They acted like we had all-pros everywhere. Our defense was full of UDFAs, Rookies, old corners, old dlinemen, no DE depth, no slot corner for half the season, LBs that even WE have released, etc. Fans were legit calling our UDFA safety - "Ed Reed Blankenship". How stupid is that??? His nickname is rhe Ghost..thats not because he's white, its his nickname because its like hes not even there in coverage. Realistically the Eagles had 6 good players on defense and they were all rotational dlinemen and that includes Fletcher and BG who cant play as many snaps as they used to. The rest were just a bunch of random plug and play players thrown on a team. Might as well put orange cones out there. I bet even if they had to put orange cones out there, dumb ass fans would still say SB or fire everyone. They always try to blame one person for everything. Historically its a coach or coordinator. We deserve to lose so that the young adults/kids actually have to witness what consistent terrible seasons actually feel like. Consecutive 4-5 win seasons might do that. Fired their coach, got Kubiak, won a Super Bowl. It can be done. Sure, Peyton was the QB and the 2015 defense was wicked, but it can be done, especially with these pieces, they just gotta fill some holes.
