I think being poor or rich isn't about money but the decisions and mindset. I'm a poor person based on my money sure , but if I save and invest and try to earn more then atleast my mindset is slightly less poor. Poor people sadly are perfect opportunities for business. I know that true business atleast in highest profit is never ethical , legal sure but not ethics. They will do whatever to get sold. I don't even trust schools in terms of when they justify something to buy as extra classes or whatever.

If I can buy $30 000 car twice, it doesn't mean I can afford it, if all I have is $60000 cash. In my books I can afford $30 000 car, only if I get $60000 of passive income. Always measure your "wants" as percentage of your passive income.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), crypto, and gold. @@lunalara6678 Until now you have asked for nothing in my name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete. John 16:24 When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” 5 Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” 6 When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. 7 So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. 8 When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!” 9 For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, 10 and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners. Then Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid; from now on you will fish for people.” Luke 5:4-10 Jesus gives you more than you could ever imagine

One of my income streams, comes from buying distressed properties, rebuilding them for resale or rental. House flipping, includes some risk, but if properly handled, can pay off well. One very common factor I have noticed with these properties, was every single one had some kind of satellite TV dish on them. So for houses that were generally used by people seasonally, as a summer beach getaway, unoccupied for winter months, they always seemed to have entertainment in common. Most of the properties would eventually be inherited after the owners pass away, by heirs that may have never even seen them. Since the tax bills would many times be ignored, these houses would get seized and auctioned by their towns for back taxes.

About 20 years ago a friend told me that you can be young and poor but being old and poor really sucks. My dad had a sister who was the only one that never got traction on a career. Her state of poverty was upsetting for the whole family. Two of her sisters were social workers who between retirement, social security and investments would have had easy retirements if it wasn’t for the stress of having to help her out. (She did have a son who had his own financial struggles.)

You know, coming from an extremely wealthy family growing up I found out that money is not everything. Ask a billionaire whose daughter needs a bone marrow transplant that his money can't buy if money is everything! Rich is not measured in how much money you have, it's how much quality time you have left

1) put all effort into your job, no matter what it is and how crappy it is. 2) Make yourself the expert at your job; make yourself too valuable to get rid of.. 3) Volunteer for the shit details 4) Mentor the younger workers to take your place. 5) Don't get comfortable in your job. When you are too comfortable, and getting bored, start looking before you lose value. If you do 1-4 successfully, you won't have to worry about getting a better job because you will get people trying to hire you away from your current job.

Alux lady does a Christian channel voice also. How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And the scorners delight in their scorning, And fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: Behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, And would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, And your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; They shall seek me early, but they shall not find me
