it will hurt for about 1 week, after that your body will get used to it, and the next week you’ll be even closer to the splits and most likely there, and week 3 you’ve got it! just remember to keep on stretching and warm up!

Very helpful but another way to get your splits ( front or middle) but do your splits on as many pillow as you need and hold it for 30 sec
