Thanks for the reminders to think better things. As of late, I mutter, "whatever..." I was reminded recently that the Bible says, "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things". So now that I've connected my negative "whatever" utterance to a positive philosophy I might be able to reframe this brain 'o mine. Your music helps, too. A lot. 👍🏻
