For us local anglers, this is definitely the best time of year to go to the beaches. Most of the crowds are gone, and more fish are biting. Hopefully, the remnants of Ian won't mess things up too badly. I'm glad you showed that dredging technique. I am certainly using it the next time I'm in OC.
