For over 25 years it has been a dream of mine to take a car out and drive on the legendary pavement of North Wilkesboro Speedway. As a child I would gaze at the backside of the South Grandstands from 421 as my uncle and I would travel to Boone. I always wanted to see racing there and I wanted one day to drive on the track. In 1996 when I was only 9 years old the track closed down and I thought that dream would never come true. Finally after waiting over 25 years I get my chance.
