We sweated through an intense circuit that included elevated crunches, Russian twists, pull up rows, sumo squats, dumbbell curls, basketball and to top it off a little friendly competition. I mean, Zac is training while he’s still on knee recovery, he’s super nice, the Victoria angels were super cool, they edited big wings for the models and tiny wings for Zac, the comedic edits in b&w are hilarious + you get to learn a new workout .
