I'm not into the vampire aspect but I'm 100% team Dayna. She has great traits (materialistic works well for a love interest for a successful rags to riches heir) and is so pretty! Plus she's got good chemistry with Laird autonomously while Glames keeps striking out with awkward hangouts. Maybe Laird could cure her?

I'm also team give up on the McGlorbins, Glames inviting Mr Abenathy to the romance festival was a pretty clear signal, and when that didn't work, he asked if he should invite someone else out. Sounds like the McGlorbins want to be McGlorbro's. I'm team Wayne the Boulder though, they spent a whole party in the hot tub together in one of the early episodes, and now he comes running in just his shorts, nearly freezing to death in the process, when Laird is at the apartments? It's meant to be.

True. The only thing Dayna has against her, is that she’s not a McGlorbin sibling. I think we’re only chasing Glames because James is set in his mind on getting with a McGlorbin. Maybe to bring some aliens back into the Bigwallets, too. Dayna is a vamp & we have also had them in the family lineage, so she wouldn’t be a bad choice.

So I came here just after finishing the previous episode, and I’m so sad about the keepsake box, please consider trying to get the items back! You can open an old save file where the items are still intact, then pull all the stuff out, make a room, and save the room to the gallery so you can download it to the current save file. If the items are stuck in the box so you can’t take them out, you can download either LittleMsSam’s ‘Transfer Inventory’ mod or Ravasheen’s ‘Sims Inventory Management System’ mod, both of which should allow you to regain ownership of the items so you can take them out again. One of the fun parts about legacies is all the little nods to previous generations so I’m hoping you’ll try get the items back!!

The problem is he doesn't know when he lost the items, so he'd either have to search through old footage to find when they were last seen or rummage through the hundreds of saves. Idk if that's worth it.

@@notnormalyet That’s why I asked him to just consider it, I totally understand if he doesn’t want to go through the trouble. But if he does, I think a good starting point could be the last Horse Ranch save game to see if the items were already gone by then, it could help narrow it down. And I’m sure the community would also be more than willing to help out!

I was watching the horse ranch LP and it seemed like he put the keepsake box in the household inventory in part 5 when he moved! I have not yet finished the LP so I am not sure if it glitched out then but I did notice it!!!

3:05 Same!! EAxis is so scared of horizontal art and decorations, it's almost laughable. Sims 3 had GIANT paintings (you could paint one that was the size of two large sims 4 paintings, like a square) and they were SO BEAUTIFUL. I miss them dearly

We need SOME kind of decoration!! And for the actions, I thinka streakning is obviously something for us, and maybe tell stories, thanksful spirit bc Laird is thankful for her abundance of McGlorbs! And mischivious, bc it is very mischivious to invite so many love interests to the same party and flirt with them all at once and in front of each other. If you need to unselect some to fit all this in, maybe remove the romantic tv then, since it's not the most party-ish thing :D

They should make rent paid daily.. just like royalties.. so as long as your in the household by 9am or whenever they come through.. you get paid the daily rent. Then there would never be issues getting paid the proper rent.

Wouldn't it be interesting to retell the story of when Mr. Abernathy gave advice to Glames to *not* persue Dayna, he didn't, in fact, think in his head "Laird is in love Glames", but rather, "Dayna is in love with Laird". So, as the good friend he is, he tries to discourage Glames to persue Dayna. I mean, some things aren't meant to be. If Glames would ask Laird to go out with him, "just cause" Mr. Abernathy wasn't interested, that's not a person you want to date. We all wanna see the McGlorbins in the Bigwallet family tree, but I think it has to happen another way. You can't force love! Maybe see if Wren is into any of them? Wren has some nasty traits too, right? I don't remember. It could be a match made in heaven!

I don’t know or who would complain about how this is a “For Rent” lp. It’s a chaotic masterpiece, and I love it. Same with occult challenge too. I’ve been a fan for 4 years, and I enjoy everything. We know how badly buggy For Rent is, yet you are still to entertain. Thank you for that. I always have your videos on, even as background while playing sims. All the laughs have been something I’ve needed, in this wild 4 years.

Speaking of getting abducted, I can confirm that robots do, in fact, get pregnant too from it. However, the moodlets are more like Try For Baby pregnancy where you have "Eating for two", entering second and third trimester and stuff, not uncomfortable/weird stomach moodlets.

If you want Laird to autonomously reject Dayna's romance, and you're ready to commit to Glaims, you could go into CAS and set Laird's romantic orientation to only be interested in men. She will then reject all advances from women, but that would include the female McGlorbins.

i loved this episode. and yes, now i'm satisfied. my life is fulfilled, Laird and Glames are finally together. but i love to imagine that the aliens abducted Laird because Glames' family just wanted to verify if she's good for him (doing it of course their own special alien way lol) also, i find it so funny to imagine how confused Dayna had to be; suddenly appearing in some warehouse and then being tricked into moving in there btw, Glames chose the perfect place for a date. the store was just the closest lot, it's how the game works, but he invited her ice skating? near a hot cocoa stand? man i wish i had something like that anyway, this video truly made my day

I think Glames just wants to take things slow. And maybe he doesn't know how human relationships work? That's why he was nervous and didn't talk much on the date. All in all, Laird and Glames had some super cute moments this episode!

Yay for being paid rent working!! Also i thought you said you could edit properties from the world map without kicking out residents? Then you wouldnt mess up any pay/or have to move people back in. And glames matching is hilarious indeed. Somebody else said push into that and i love that idea! Also this episode was hilarious. "Keep your enemies close...weird how you don't have a place to live anymore" lol maybe also you could just have roommates in apartments until you switch it to rental properties to avoid glitches and get money still? Love what youre doing and all the fun and persistence through the bugs and week grind! Thank you!
