@@Blue_XIII technically speaking they're the same, but semantically speaking, telekinesis means moving things from far away. so say you had an extendable arm or a robot controller it would still be telekinesis technically. psychokinesis instead literally means moving thing with your psyche (or brain), so it's a much more accurate description of the power.
