If I am not mistaken NEC and NFPA standards dictate common earthing not AC and DC earth separate. In case of Lightning discharge due to different potential gradient on ground, different earthing may result equipment damage or fire. What reason NEPRA give to have them separated. Please Explain.

what was the readings in ohms? I have not seen earthing rod voltage being measured before? Why not do a proper earth test to prove impedance?

Ac earth separate and dc earth is separate its minor difference when water level increase automatically balanced for that earth

Only 1 earth is required for single phase or 3 phase as per nepra rules 6 ohms is okay
