Same problem, video was very helpful. Thanks for taking the time to make and post this video. Clogged drain line and had to de-ice tray and bottom of freezer.

I had same issue. Good video. Cleaned the hose. Hopefully it went back into the pan. It was hard to access.

Having the same problem had no idea where all the water was coming from thanks ! Do you need to pull the plug on the fridge to work on this problem?

I have brand new Frigidaire Gallery being use it for 6 months and have the same issue. Where is the water suppose to go? This is very flawed design by the Frigidaire. Fridge should should just be plug and use. I'm very disappointed with Frigidaire. The 20+ years Kenmore it replaced is so much better than yhis Frigidaire crap. Haayy
