But you showing me these gave me the name of the knots and how to do them, after about 30 minuets of fighting I got all three of them figured out and set up my line! It’s such a good feeling. I’m also very inspired by your catch and cook, planning on buying a camping stovetop so that next time I go out for hours and hours to fish, I won’t get hungry. Ahh this takes me back to the first and only time I ever caught a fish. It was also my first time eating fish, as a young whippersnapper. That perch was the most delicious thing I'd ever tasted on my 6-year-old tongue. I'm inspired to try fishing again and recreate that delicious fish dish.

Matt try cooking the fillet with the scales on! Perfect for large scaled scale fish. Butter, fillets and more butter on top. Do not flip fish just cook for 10 min, test for flakiness. Once it flakes flip fish over peel skin off with scales, add avocado and enjoy. Best most tender and juicy meat ever!
