During a sleepless night, I came up with an idea. A caulking gun that is powered by a cordless drill. Of course, I could buy a dedicated cordless caulking gun from Makita but who has money for such things (250€!?)
As it turns out, a few people have already made this thing but their versions are overly complicated and require a lot of time to build. One dude even used welder ... Well, This is my version that only requires a cheap caulking gun, two nuts and a threaded rod - a total of 5 €. The concept is pretty simple as you can see.
This tool will not make you a caulking master overnight. It still requires patience and skill to operate. It is probably not suitable if you need to be super precise.
I later also added some hot glue to further fix the T-nut in place.

This would be a cheap subfloor adhesive gun. I don't know why you couldn't leave the handle on, it would give you something to hold onto.

It would be nice on subfloors when it would be longer. I cut the handle off because my right hand is on the drill and my left is close to the tip for more accuracy.

How is the pushing plate fixed on to the end of the thread rod? Won't the nuts be loosened when the rod rotating?

I am using locking nuts there so they will not loosen.
