Gina, thanks for your recipe. I live alone and I seldom make it, or have ingredients on hand, the only thing I don't have is parsley, so I'm making it without this first time. One thing i wanted to mention since you explained how you peel your eggs. A tip my mother in law gave ma before she die, she always added 2 tsp of vinegar to the cold water before cooking the eggs.
