1 1/2 cup of long grain rice
5 cups whole milk
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp or tbls vanilla and butter extract, cinnamon,
Optional* 1/2 tsp nutmeg
First, boil rice in a pot until tender, and water evaporates. Then, add milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Follow with sugar for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Next, incorporate eggs by warming them with a portion of the rice mix (as seen in the video). Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the pot, stirring constantly to prevent scrambling. Introduce vanilla, butter extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Optionally, top with cinnamon. Let it sit for 2 hours.
