The easiest way to get rid of bad breath is to brush your teeth at night and to drink lots of water, according to an American Dentist Association spokesperson. When your mouth is dry, food and bacteria tend to sit in your mouth for a much longer time. This can cause nasty odors.

If you are facing bad breath try this...smash ginger and boil it in water for 10 minutes..drink that water at first in the morning and last before going to bed..if you do this for one week continuously u can see the difference ..I was affected and now felt relief..

Has anyone else had success with mouth taping at night? I had the worst taste and odor until i starting mouth taping. My dentist said that my gums are inflamed due to mouth breathing and I would constantly wake up with dry mouth needing water and now i wake up with way less bad taste and smell.

Also guys if you have bad breath that doesn't go away no matter how often you brush, you should get checked out for H pylori or SIBO. H pylori antibiotic therapy would treat both infections and get rid of the bad breath for good!

i skipped brushing teeth so many times when i was young that it has side effects on the present me. bacteria grow rapidly and quickly that my mouth would become stinky in just 3 hours after brushing. i rarely use Mouthwash cuz i heard that overusing it may cause Oral cancer. any suggestions for me?

Brush the back of your teeth and gums lightly. Gargle the tooth paste. Beyond that it may be genetic or your tonsils.

One of my family members is going through bad breath. Even if his mouth is closed, the odor still comes through her nose. She loves to pop tic spearmint gum and breath mints, but those don`t help at all. Nonetheless, she was greatly helped with this foul breath remedy MyBadBreathCure.blogspot.com I`m really happy that it neutralized her breath. .
