Instead I used some outdated tongue depressors. These are slightly larger than popsicle sticks but can still do the job well. It took 4 superglue tubes and lots of patience cuz I screwed up once but 12 hours later I've got a slightly large sized Balisong yet I'm so excited! Thank you very much for this tutorial, I hope you have a good day, everyday.

@@KMAK88 It's been holding up ever since, and i've been careful to reglue the cracks and loose parts. It depends on you how durable you want to make it.

For ppl struggling to cut them vertically. I felt you. So here's a tip: Make the pencil line kinda dark and do it on both sides. Then carefully use the cutter on the edge and push it in a bit. Try to rotate the blade a bit (slow af) and u should see the cracks more or less lining up with pencil line. Then u can do the rest with ur hand

My popsicle sticks were bigger, so the bearing didnt really work so i had to take the measurements and make my own custom one. And it works! I have only done the handle (cause the blade and bearing didnt rlly work) and it works great!
