I paroled from Pelican Bay in 2007 99% of people paroling from there are put on high control parole automatically so to answer your question yes that is very odd I've never even heard of a 10 day violation high control gets a year flat on all of our violations period most people that even get year violations get half time on it (day for day credit you do half of your violation half of your sentence etc)we aren't eligible for any of that. If he paroled from the bay none of this makes sense to me I'm just saying
