Donna is one of the most tragic characters ever on EastEnders. She was a pain but she was conceived in the worst possible way and she continued to be the most hated person right through to her death. Who the hell wouldn’t want to die of a heroin overdose in her shoes? Oh, I wouldn’t be so belligerent or problematic in her shoes. Are you sure about that? It’s so easy to assume you’d do better in a situation you’ve never been through before.

I caught this when the episode aired recently on UK Drama.
