Күн бұрынI used a HUGE image and made a spin/zoom motion coming from the o2 area... i made the logo fade up like the original titles (pure white logo fades up fully, then a black shadow appears) then the bbc logo comes.
This is phase 1, the next phases will be adding cloud, water movement and i will update the whole map, adding landmarks that aren't included... such as the Olympic Stadium and the ExCeL centre.

Correct! In the original version of this map, given to the BBC by Aerofilms, the millennium dome area actually hadn't completed construction at the point of the aerial photography. Since the BBC wanted the title sequence completed for their transition to widescreen in September, graphic designers came along with actual digital plans of the millennium dome and digitally added those 3D plans to this map. They then added some digital water effects and the title sequence was complete. True story! One of the graphic designers kindly sent me this map around 10 years ago and a .pdf document which illustrates how it looked before and after.

Thank you! Looking back now it seems so basic but at least I mastered the spin quite well. I do plan on making more content soon including titles and credits... but it has to look good... broadcast quality good... haha!
