In this video we are going to make traditional Easter Eggs, decorated with sugar glaze, others with and lace effect that are very delicate, and other simpler ones with golden dust decoration.
When the protagonist is chocolate, it is best to use a covered chocolate, which has a better taste and quality. These eggs are filled with chocolate sprinkles and homemade chocolates that I will show you later.

Ingredients:
Semisweet chocolate
Milk chocolate
Chocolate candies / dragees
chocolates
Royal icing:
30 gr egg whites
280 gr caster sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon juice
Water c / n
The amounts of chocolate and filling will be decided by you, depending on the size you want to make the eggs, how thick or thin you want to make them, and how much filling you want to place inside them.
