"Ostermontag 2021" - One of the best windsurfing conditions we had since long time. 20-40 knots of beautiful and pretty constant Easter Storm with lots of sun and warm temperatures. 2nd time I went surfing at our new home here in Herrsching, love it! Waves up to 1.5 meters near Herrsching Strandbad. Super nice to do some jumps with my JP 62 Slalom and EVO XI 5.6. Just sold my EXOXII 5.8, still waiting for the new one. Some gusts were pretty gnarly so that I crashed - still have to work on my body tension :)
Speed was between 37 and 39knots - was trying to break the 40s as the wind was perfect but it was too choppy.

Hehe I can tell, had sooo many kack moments in windsurfing in the beginning, especially with this huuuge equipment in the 80s. But keep pushing, its worth it!

Quick question. I kiteboard but not kitesurf. Why do 98% of windsurfers hit flat water and not waves when wind is good. I have never seen a windsurfer on waves. I see kitesurfers but not windsurfers. Seems as though you guys would send some solid tricks up and showcase board control. Also, are a lot of you guys transitioning to Wing surfing?
